Making Payment
Online Ordering
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards and Bank Accounts via Paypal. Once your order has been received by us and payment confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order details and a receipt number. The receipt number should be quoted if the need arises for you to contact us.
Offline Ordering

FAX - 02 9489 1745. Once we have received your order we will contact you with our direct deposit details.
TELEPHONE – 0432 689 886 and we will provide you with our direct deposit details.
POST - together with your personal cheque or money order made payable to “Sixteen Candles” to Sixteen Candles, PO Box 155, Wahroonga NSW 2076.
Overseas Orders
We are happy to fill orders outside of Australia. When placing an order from overseas, all prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please contact us via email to place your order. Payment will be required (cleared funds) prior to the order leaving our premises. Please ensure you leave sufficient time for the order to be filled, payment to be cleared and for the goods to be delivered to you.
All and any relevant customs and import duties will be charged to the customer once the order arrives in your country. These charges are your sole responsibility and will vary from country to country. Sixteen Candles recommends that you contact your relevant government department regarding import restrictions and charges.
