Important Information
All goods are sold inclusive of GST.
All goods are to be paid for in full prior to your order being shipped. We do not accept COD.
If paying by personal cheque, please allow five working days for the cheque to be cleared prior to the goods being shipped.
Orders for items currently out of stock need to be pre-paid prior to the order being placed with our supplier.
All payments on overseas orders will need to be cleared prior to the order leaving our premises.
A receipt of payment if paid by credit card will accompany your order in shipment.
Pre Delivery Option for Invites
This service allows you to receive your invitations via Express Post prior to your total order being processed. This service is charged at the standard express post fee (as a guide this is approximately $8.00 within Australia). For overseas orders, please contact us for costs.
Cancellation of Order
If you cancel your order for reasons other than items being out of stock, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order will be deducted from funds paid.
Out of Stock Orders
If for any reason an item you have ordered is out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified by telephone within two days of placing your order. If the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of stock, all monies paid will be credited back to you or a cheque will be posted to you.
Return of Goods
Return of goods will be at your cost and will only be accepted within five days of leaving our premises for sales made to Australian customers or 15 working days for any overseas orders. Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier. A restocking fee will apply. Any opened or damaged goods will not be accepted for restocking. Please advise us prior to returning any items. You will then be reissued a refund for the returned items (less the restocking fee of 5% of the items value inclusive of GST).
We are aware that from time to time there may be disputes or events beyond the control of Sixteen Candles which could delay the delivery of your order. We have endeavoured to ensure that we use reputable suppliers and delivery companies and we will work closely with them to ensure that your order is filled and delivered promptly.
